"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Box: 898 United Arab Emirates, we hereby notify your company of the ongoing enrollment of new Vendors, contractors, suppliers, intending partners and the Validation of the existing Vendors for the ADNOC 2023 projects.
 

This contractor/vendor/suppliers' enrollment for the 2023 projects will be closing in 15 days' time beginning today.
 

Therefore, prospective Contractors/Vendors and existing vendors who are interested in receiving the Invitation to Tender (ITT) or Request for Quotation(RFQ) are to provide us with sufficient information to make an initial assessment of their capability, and competence to handle any of the projects as shall be listed.

As you receive this notice, kindly indicate your intention to participate or reasons for non-participation.

These projects are open to both local and international companies around the world.

If you have the intention to participate in the process, please confirm your interest by filling out and signing the "Acknowledgement Form" as attached to this email. Upon the EOI receipt confirmation, you shall receive the Vendor registration questionnaire and lay down formalities for the submission of per-qualification documents on or before the stated deadline above.
