I am Mrs. Dragica Novinsky from Ukraine, wife and widow to the
late Viktor Novinsky, a close friend to President Volodymyr
Zelenskyy , The director of
Ukraine's media and information centre who was killed in the
early days of the invasion by the Russian.

Before my husband’s death, he informed me that he had deposited
some money running into several millions of dollars with a bank
and this money
was part of the money he was giving to keep by President
Volodymyr Zelenskyy to be used for his re-election and he kept
this money overseas because he did not know what the outcome of
the pending war with Russia would be hence he had told me that if
anything were to happen to him we were to use this money to flee
the country and start a new life overseas.

I need you as a partner to assist in claiming the funds from
where it is currently deposited and provide good investment
plans for it in
your country and you will also send us some money as soon as you
claim the funds so that We can make arrangements for our escape
out of
Ukraine as the Russians are advancing to the capital Kiev at a
fast pace.

Once we are out, it would be important that we meet in person so
that we can thank you for your help and also discuss future plans
as you
will be compensated from the funds for your help if you accept to
assist us so that we will not suffer in the future.
