The purpose of this EOI is to enable prospective project owners, who have interest to receive project funding for their project, to provide us with preliminary information about their project, value of funding required, etc to make an initial assessment for possible funding of their project.

Please find attached the Expression of Interest (EOI) package which includes the instructions for the preparation and submission of required documents. Within the package, you will find all the information necessary to conduct a proper assessment of QATAR ENERGY
’s Expression of Interest (EOI) requirements.
All Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions must be received not later than 20th September, 2023.
If you have intention to participate in the process, please confirm your interest by filling and signing the "Acknowledgment Form" attached separately with this email and return same to us not later than seven (10) days from EOI issue date as confirmation of your intention to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) application documents on or before the stated submission deadline above.
