"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

To further strengthen the development and expansion and the efficiency of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) located at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Tower West Corniche Road, P.O. Box: 898 United Arab Emirates, we are notifying your company of the ongoing engagement of new Contractors /Vendors intending partners and the Validation of the existing Vendors for the 2023/2024 projects.

This contractor/vendor/suppliers' enrollment for the 2023/2024 projects will be closing in 21day beginning from today. Therefore, prospective Contractors/Vendors and existing vendors who are interested in receiving the Invitation to Tender (ITT),Invitation to Bid (ITB) or Request for Quotation(RFQ) to provide us with sufficient information to make an initial assessment of their financial standing, capability and competence to handle any of the projects and supplies. The project will be divided into multiple places to allow different companies to participate.

As you receive this notice, kindly indicate your intention to participate or reasons for non-participation. All Vendor questionnaire and supporting documents must be received no later than 18th of September, 2023.

These projects are open for both local and international companies around the world. If you have the intention to participate in the process, please confirm your interest by filling and signing the "Acknowledgement Form" attached with this email and return same to us not later than Four(4) from the date of receipt as confirmation of your intention to submit your Vendor registration questionnaire/pre-qualification documents on or before the stated deadline above.
