"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

An email address listed inside this email has been used in a known fraud before.
This email uses a separate reply address that is different from the sender address. Spammers use this to get replies even when the original spam sending accounts have been shut down. Also, sometimes the sender addresses are legitimate looking but fake and only the reply address is actually an email account controlled by the scammers.

and when it expires then the Fund will be forwarded to the Government
treasury as an unclaimed fund, As a result of this I decided to help
you pay the fee so that the ATM CARD will not expire, I strongly
believe and I know that when you will definitely compensate me once
you received your ATM CARD.

Now your ATM CARD has been deposited by the Courier Delivery Company
for immediate delivery to your current postal address, so I want you
to contact the Courier Delivery Company with your current delivery
information so that they can deliver your ATM CARD to your designated
address without any delay.

Like I stated earlier, the delivery charges have been paid but i did
not pay their official keeping fees since they refused. The Reason for
their refusal was because they do not know when you are going to
contact them. I was informed that their keeping fee is $50 per day and
I deposited it yesterday, so I urge you to kindly contact the MTL
Global Logistics Inc. Contact them now with the above information for
immediate delivery of your ATM Package to your doorstep without any
further delay.
