1. Please conduct all correspondence with Transal via email to operation=

3. Please provide us your pda upon receiving this message =

P.I.C. including his mobile number). If you are using a sub Agent, pls also=
advise their full style contact details

5. Please provide assistance to the master in tendering notice of readin=
ess (NOR). Upon vessel arrival please directly pass the master=E2=80=99s NO=
R to all parties, receivers, terminal immediately in writing

6. Please advise the master of any port restrictions (i.e. max arrival d=
raft,tidal restrictions, dimensional restrictions etc) upon receipt of this=
first notice

7. Vessel=E2=80=99s prearrival and daily position notices to be sent to =
the following parties in writing;

8. Upon vessel arrival, commence sending time sheet twice a day, includi=
ng ETB/ETC/ETS, once in the morning and updated one in the afternoon, in co=
mpliance with the master=E2=80=99s own time sheet

9. Printed Statement of facts(SOF) to be presented to receivers only aft=
er our & master=E2=80=99s confirmation is given.

10. Please keep us informed about vessel=E2=80=99s berthing, loading prosp=
ects, strikes, holidays, letter of protests given by any party and any othe=
r event which may bring any significance to vessel=E2=80=99s Operations in =
the port.

11. Should there be any request of supply/repair needed, same to be passed=
immediately to our selves for our confirmation. No supplies /repair will b=
e given to the vessel without our confirmation
=
=
=
12. At least three days prior to arrival, pls check with the receivers and=
advise us availability of the original endorsed B/L to the master upon ves=
sel berthing.

=
13. If discharging is allowed by us without presentation of original B/L, =
the original B/L should still be collected by you as vessel Agent after ves=
sel sailing. Pls regularly check with the receivers and kindly advise when =
any original endorsed B/L comes into your possesion
=
=
=
14. Charterer=E2=80=99s voyage instructions, if there is any, have been at=
tached for your information. Please ensure that these orders are complied w=
ith and advise Transal as well as vessel=E2=80=99s Master in case requireme=
nts of these orders cannot be fulfilled in any way.

15. If so advised by the Master, please inform all concerned of the concen=
tration of toxic gas in the cargo tank atmosphere. All personnel boarding t=
he vessel should be aware of the hazards posed by toxic vapours. Cargo surv=
eyors should take the necessary precautions when gauging and sampling cargo=
, and are to be advised of the requirement to carry their own personal prot=
ective equipment, i.e. an emergency life saving apparatus (ELSA) and use an=
appropriate personal multi gas detector.

16. Please treat all correspondence regarding vessel's movement in confide=
nce and do not disclose such details to parties not involved in the safe an=
d timely operation of the voyage/vessel.

17. Upon sailing from port, please scan and send us the following document=
