"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

From: "Mrs. Loudy Dominique" (may be fake)
Date: Tue, 12 Dec 2023 08:04:19 +0200
Subject: Hello Sir/Ma

Greetings esteem,

It is a humble pleasure to write this letter, even though you do not know me.

With a warm heart, I offer my friendship and greetings, and I hope that this letter will reach you. It will be surprising for you to receive this proposal from me since you do not know me personally. However, I am sincerely seeking your confidence in this transaction, which I propose with my free mind and as a person with integrity in God.

I am Mrs. Loudy Dominique, I was married to the late Dr. Robert Hernadez Duncan, who was a gas consultant. He died during a vacation trip aboard the One-two-go-orient-Thai Airlines flight Flight OG269 Plane crash at Phuket Airport, I am 64 years old, I was a missionary, but I stopped when I was diagnosed with prolonged coronary artery disease all medical indications, my condition has worsened and it is quite obvious that I may not live for more than six months due to the rapid growth of the stage and the excruciating pain that accumulates in it.

I write to you in good faith and hope you understand the importance of my message.

My decision to contact you is simply because of the coronary artery disease that I was diagnosed with, and the doctor said that I have less than six weeks to live. Since this sudden news was announced to me, I have reflected on my life in the past. It is painful that, after more than 24 years of peaceful marriage with my late husband, we had no children who could inherit our numerous wealth.

Knowing my condition, I decided to donate this fund to the Church or a Christian individual who will use it to finance churches, orphanages, and widows, spread the word of God, and ensure that the house of God is maintained.

In the past, I have made reasonable donations to earthquake victims in Haiti and recently to the same victims in the Philippines, Japan, and Thailand. Now that my health is gradually worsening and the Lord has instructed me to look for a stranger to hand over my wealth, I must continue the charity work for the less privileged.

I cannot continue to do all this alone. I very much wish to help poor and needy people, but I would prefer to continue with the help of a kind person. I want you to answer the following questions,

(1) Are you a God-fearing person?

(2) If I donate $ 7.5 million to you, can you use it wisely to fulfill my heart's desire to support the poor people around you?

(3) Are you going to open a charity foundation in my name and my husband's?

Psalm 119: 116 Support me according to your word, that I may live, and that I should not be ashamed of my hope.

Psalm 138: 7 Though I am in trouble, you will revive me ...

I'm here because I read that there are people here who can make a difference in this life. I'm sure you can make a big difference by replying to my email, becoming a good friend of our Lord Jesus Christ, and seeing greater power come with greater responsibility. You can make many changes in other people's lives with this great gift from the Lord through me for you, most especially the poor at heart and the least privileged.

I would like to have a personal and trusting relationship with you, as I intend and wish to authorize the change of ownership for the transfer of my deposits to your possession for subsequent investment and charity disbursement to the less privileged and homeless.

I will also issue a letter of authorization that will prove that you are the current beneficiary of this fund. I want you to always pray for me because you are my pastor. My happiness is to have lived a worthy Christian life. Whoever wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and truth. Please always be pious throughout your life.

Philippians 2:27: For, in truth, he was sick almost to death, but God had mercy on him and only on him, but also on me so that I would not have sadness about sadness. (I always say it in my mind)

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you. Finally, I honestly employ you to ensure that these funds are used only for that purpose, a good purpose you can agree with me, and remember that these are the requirements of a dying woman who has a life for you. Now I realize that wealth without life in Christ is vanity and meaninglessness. Always remember that.

My happiness is to have lived a life as a worthy Christian, whoever wants to serve the Lord must serve Him in spirit and truth.

May the grace and blessings of God be and remain with you. I await your reply.

Please guarantee that you will act by what I have stated here.

Hoping to receive your response immediately.
Best regards.
Mrs. Loudy Dominique
